Mika working on next album
Mika is preparing to work on the follow-up to his hit debut album "Life In Cartoon Motion." Mika is currently writing for his second album and has said that about three tracks have been finished. The album does not yet have a title or a release date. The album "Life In Cartoon Motion" has earned three Platinum Europe Certifications, for pan-European shipments in excess of three million units.

New Vines album set for July release
The Vines will release their next album “Melodia” in July. An exact release date for the Vines’ 4th album has not been set yet. The album was produced in Los Angeles by Rob Schnapf, who also produced the band's first two albums. The Vines recently released a Best Of album, which included songs taken from their first three albums.

New Supergrass album Diamond Hoo Ha out this month
Supergrass's new studio album "Diamond Hoo Ha" will be released on June 10 in the US.
The 11-song set was pushed back from its original April release date due to internal affairs within EMI. "Diamond Hoo Ha" was recorded in three weeks. The band will be touring with Foo Fighters in the US this summer.

Primal Scream to release new album on July 21
Primal Scream will release their new album “Beautiful Future” this summer. The new effort by the band will be out on July 21 and is preceded by lead single “Can't Go Back” which is out on July 14. The album features a collaboration with CSS singer Lovefoxxx on the track “I Love To Hurt (You Love To Be Hurt).” CSS release their new album “Donkey” on the same day.

New T-Pain album due in September
T-Pain is planning for a September 30 release date for his album "Thr33 Ringz." First single off the album is "Snap You Fingers" featuring Lil' Wayne. T-Pain is currently still producing the new album with Akon. T-Pain got five BET Awards nominations last week, including one for best collaboration for his work with Chris Brown on “Kiss Kiss", Kanye West on "Good Life" and Flo Rida on "Low".
