This is the only service we have seen that claims to be "100% Legal". They claim to have over 30 million members on their network. Although this number seems to be inflated, the site is popular and worth consideration as one of the better services available.

This service started it all. They are still awesome for music. Their service is quite expensive as they charge you $0.99 per downloaded song or $14,00 per downloaded album.
